Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP B1 development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Architect end-to-end SAP B1 solutions based on business requirements.
  • Design scalable and sustainable solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead the development team in designing and implementing custom solutions in SAP B1.
  • Review and ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices are followed.
  • Oversee the creation and modification of Crystal Reports, queries, and forms.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP B1 with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Lead data migration initiatives and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Provide technical support to resolve complex issues and challenges.
  • Work closely with support teams and SAP to address critical technical problems.
  • Lead technical aspects of SAP B1 implementation projects.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical resources.
  • Communicate technical project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in SAP Business One development and technical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP B1 SDK, DI-API, B1iF, and integration tools.
  • Proficient in Crystal Reports, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP technologies will be preferred
