HR Associate (Talent Scout)

Profile: 80% Recruitment + 20 % HR Operations

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Resposibilities:

  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
  • Proactively seek out passive candidates through networking and targeted outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and communicate with candidates regarding their status in the hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and guidance.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and requirements for each role.
  • Keep hiring managers informed of progress and actively solicit their input and feedback.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and discussing compensation and benefits.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar tools.
  • Actively participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth and success.

Job Requirement:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on technical positions within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles such as software developers, ERP consultants, etc.
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations relevant to the IT sector.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms for identifying and engaging with talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate job requirements, company culture, and value proposition to candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates.
  • Ability to analyze resumes and candidate profiles to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific IT roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail in coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and maintaining accurate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle
