D365 Technical CRM Consultant

Role: You will be responsible for making technical analyzes and developing specific CRM solutions based on the functional requirements of the customer. This requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics CRM development, customization, integration, and deployment. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on client requirements.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics CRM functionality using configuration, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose CRM solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation and deployment phases.
  • Perform system configuration, data migration, and testing activities as part of CRM projects.
  • Create technical documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and deployment instructions.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of 2+ years working as a Dynamics CRM Developer or Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
  • Proficiency in CRM development technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM customization tools such as the Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integration techniques including web services, APIs, and data migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
