D365 FO Technical Consultant

Experience : 3+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with functional consultants/clients to understand their business requirements and configure D365 FO to meet those requirements.
  • Customize and extend D365 FO functionalities using X++ programming language, as well as other relevant technologies such as Power Platform.
  • Proficient in coding and development using:
    • X++
    • Microsoft Visual Studio C#.Net and ASP.Net for customizations and integrations.
    • Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report development.
    • XML and Dynamics Application Integration Framework for data exchange and integration.
    • Enterprise Portal on Microsoft SharePoint for web-based solutions.
  • Experience in developing and customizing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports tailored to business needs within D365 FO.
  • Design technical solutions that align with best practices and meet the specific needs of clients. Develop technical specifications and documentation for customizations and integrations.
  • Provide technical support to clients during implementation, testing, and post-go-live phases. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 FO configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on D365 FO functionalities, best practices, and technical aspects. Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 FO).
  • Proficiency in X++ programming language and development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of D365 FO architecture, data model, and development framework.
  • Experience with D365 FO integration tools and technologies, including Data Management Framework (DMF) and Azure services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
