Microsoft CRM: Technical/ Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 5 – 7 years

Location: Ahmedabad / Remote

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, JavaScript, C# and .NET components.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, ribbons, business rules and security roles.
• Configure and maintain Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and other Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services and Power Platform.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform solution design, development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Microsoft best practices. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
• Strong development experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Business Process Flows.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API, REST API and Azure integration.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Model-driven Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with solution management, deployments and Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of CRM functional processes, including Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Copilot features.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
