Power BI Consultant

Exp:  3 – 5 years

Location : Ahmedabad (Science City Road)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
• Build and manage data models, data transformations and ETL processes.
• Develop DAX measures, calculations and KPIs to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, ERP and CRM systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, report reliability and optimal dashboard performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve report and data refresh issues.
• Implement data security standards and role-based access controls within Power BI.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards and data models.
• Provide user training and support to maximize adoption and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering Power BI solutions for both international and domestic clients.
• Coordinate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of Power BI solutions.
• Manage project activities including requirement analysis, effort estimation, task planning, progress tracking, risk identification and successful project execution.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Local candidates based in Gujarat will be preferred.
