What You’ll Do
- Understand client business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements clearly
- Support ERP implementation aligned with business goals
- Configure and customize ERP modules as per client needs
- Conduct user training and ensure smooth system adoption
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues
- Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams
- Perform testing, validation, and system audits for accuracy and efficiency
- Stay updated with ERP trends and continuously enhance your skills
Candidate Requirement:
- Proven experience as a functional consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, purchase, procurement, sales management, distribution, production planning, and management, materials and stock management, supply chain etc.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design
- Experience in system configuration and customization within an ERP environment
- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Ready to travel client site as and when required.
- Readiness for service commitment
