D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Location: Ahmedabad / WFH / Hybrid

Reponsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, cutover and go-live support.
• Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 SCM solutions.
• Configure and implement Supply Chain Management modules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with onsite teams, technical consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and functional specifications for customizations.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live activities.
• Participate in solution demonstrations, effort estimations and presales engagements.
• Provide functional guidance to project teams and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) – Supply Chain Management. Functional expertise in one or more of the following: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Production / Manufacturing, Master Planning, Logistics
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, gap-fit analysis and solution design.
• Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps and business process modeling.
• Ability to create functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Exposure to Power Platform or Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Experience in presales, effort estimation and solution presentations.
