Responsibilities:
- In depth product knowledge and hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience in Development / Support / Implementation projects
- Should have strong communication and experience in handling customers
- Installation, System Configuration & Security Implementation
- Experience in JavaScript/ CRM Web API/Plugin/Workflow/Action
- Prior Knowledge in SQL & Fetch based queries to develop SSRS reports
- Data migration using SSIS/Scribe/Custom Application
- Experience in Web API/.NET/ JQuery development
- Experience with third party application Integration
- Customer Support (Techno-functional)
- Documentation (System Requirements, Design & User manuals)

- Stay current on Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- General Presales Experience
Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Functional in the Below Areas
- Complete process flow understanding and experience in key areas Sales, Marketing , Case Management, Project and Field service.
- End to end Implementation experience as an Implementation Consultant is highly preferred
- Additional experience with the new technologies like Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Flow.
