Profile: Inbound Lead Follow-up & Outbound cold calls and emails (Domestic + International Market)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1+ yrs (IT/ Software Industry preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to existing customers, promoting additional products or services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers, clearly communicating the value proposition of our products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential leads and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Candidate Requirement:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
